Our cancellation policy is in place to respect the time of our stylists as well as the guests on our waiting list. It’s a standard and necessary practice for businesses that operate by appointment.
We understand that life happens and things get in the way of a schedule from time to time. We will do our part to remind you of your appointment with a confirmation email a week prior, as well as a text and/or phone call two days prior. At those times, please check to ensure the time and date do work for you and get ahold of us should that change.
At the time of appointment booking, credit card information will be taken to reserve appointments for all new clients.
Any appointment cancellation or reschedule notice given with less than 24 hours before the appointment will be subject to a 50% charge of the original appointment cost.
We reserve the right to require non-refundable prepayment for services or decline booking for people who habitually no-show appointments.
