Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is in place to respect the time of our stylists as well as the guests on our waiting list. It’s a standard and necessary practice for businesses that operate by appointment.
We understand life happens and things get in the way of a schedule from time to time. We do our part to remind you of your appointment with a confirmation email one week prior, as well as a text and/or phone call two days before. Please utilize these opportunities to ensure the date + time still work for you and get ahold of us should that change. At the time of booking, credit card information is required to reserve all appointments.
We reserve the right to require non-refundable prepayment or decline booking for people who habitually late cancel or no-show appointments.
Any cancellation or reschedule notice given less than 48 hours before the appointment will be subject to a 50% cancel fee. Any notice given less than 24 hours will be subject to 100% cancel fee of all services reserved.
All no-call, no-shows will automatically be charged the full amount for the services reserved + may be removed from future bookings.
