Positions
Stylist
You’ve had 2+ years behind the chair working with clients. You’re passionate about developing your skillset, growing your personal network within the community, and setting goals. You have a strong sense of self and know your strengths. You’re coachable and practice open communication with the other members of your team. You understand the importance of building strong relationships with your clients and leave a positive impression with every interaction you have. You carry yourself with professionalism and hold your craft in the highest regard.
Associate Program
You’re currently enrolled in or freshly graduated from a cosmetology program. You are seeking a unique and inspiring in-salon experience. You are self-motivated, driven, and care about building connections as you establish yourself in the community of stylists in Des Moines. Your positive attitude reflects your excitement for your newly budding creative career. You’re coachable and eager to learn.
Salon Coordinator
Your energy is electric and you strive to make a positive impact with every interaction you make. You have an interest in the realm of beauty/fashion/marketing and want to be part of a team that encourages personal and professional growth. Strengths must include multi-tasking, prioritizing, brainstorming + agenda setting, communication + interpersonal skills, social media savvy, and have an emphasis on sales. Daily focus in the salon includes client communications, managing inventory, handling multiple schedules, social media, guest experience, and keeping a smooth flow within the space for the entire team.
